RESDEPM International Limited has established a Quality and Safety (QHSE) Management System, which assures all stakeholders a sustained satisfaction in the services provided by the Company. The objective of the Quality Management System is to achieve ‘Customer Satisfaction’ by consequently meeting the requirements.
To achieve this, the expectations, needs and requirements of our customers and other interested parties must be identified, satisfied and/or exceeded where possible. We believe that the key to success in this regard is our quality management system, which is based on International Standard ISO 9001: 2002 Quality management system – Requirements and ISO 14001: 1996 – Environmental management systems (and the associated standards).

All our services/products are in accordance with the relevant standard and codes of practice and other applicable standards.
Our highly trained QA/QC department covers our entire workshop and site works. This department is kept up to date with the latest quality requirements.
RESDEPM International Limited recognizes the requirements of ISO 9001:2002 and her products and services conform to this standard.
To maintain the high quality level we are known for, Quality Inspectors carry out inspections on a continuous basis to ensure that all our products and services comply with all the relevant standards in respect of quality, safety and the environment.

The quality management system ensures that effective controls are consistently and adequately applied to our work processes, and provides a record of our quality – related activities. We are committed to maintaining, and continually improving our quality and safety (QHSE) system. All employees and suppliers are expected to share in this commitment. We have allocated sufficient resources to ensure that quality and safety remains at the heart of our business.
